You can find them on e.l.f's website for $1 each. They have many different color choices to choose from -
They say they are multipurpose. But I find them to work best has highlighters. Or has a base for your eyeshadows. They are have a very nice shimmer to them. They don't feel oily once it dries on your skin, they smell like sweet orange until it dries. So no worries of smelling like a fruit. You only have to use a small amount, so these little tubes last a long time!

i have spotlight and i'm not a fan, the shade is gorgeous but I just prefer powder highlighters. thanks for swatching though :) the shades look gorgeous :) and i watched your video with the foundation routine you look gorgeous w/o make up :)

I have spotlight in the all over stick and like it way better then the shimmer whips. I haven't found a good powder highlighter, which one do you love the most?
