Review- Batiste Dry Shampoo

Banishes oily roots, giving dull, lifeless hair the makeover it needs without any water. A burst of Batiste not only refreshes hair, but leaves it full of body and texture! So whatever last minute plans come up, you can grab life by the hair.

Comes in 5 different scents and now in Tones for your hair color
150 ml -$8.99-$10.99 and Travel Size 50 ml -$4.99 ( Original, Tropical, Blush only)

I have never used a Dry Shampoo before and I really didn't know what to expect. I must say this worked better then I expected!
All you have to do is shake the can vigorously, separate hair into sections and spray at the roots holding the can about 30 cm away. Massage into roots and if you want you can brush your hair using a brush, if you want volume just massage your roots again.
Batiste gives you a fresh look like you just finished washing your hair and leaving a clean smell. No one will be able to tell the difference!

Batiste is available in Canada now, you can find it at Shoppers Drug Mart, Winners and you can also find it online at farleyco

I was sent these products to review from Farleyco.

Review- Thursday Plantation Tea Tree

Tea Tree Oil is a natural antiseptic that is also antibacterial, anti-fungal, and antiviral.

Cotton Filled Tips-A first aid kit essential, the natural antiseptic Tea Tree Liquid Filled Cotton Tips with Aloe Vera offer soothing and convenient wound care.

I had to use these on my lil guy, he cut his hand, he didn't complain about any pain when I applied it. You can also use them on blemishes too.

Blemish Stick- Tea Tree Blemish Stick Gel is an invisible treatment stick for skin blemishes. It has been formulated using a special blend of Tea Tree and Spearmint Oil to help control skin breakouts.

I must say this was my favorite acne treatment! Since I've became pregnant my skin has broken out so bad! I didn't think anything would help, I started using the blemish stick and noticed a huge difference after 2 days! I love the sponge applicator tip, makes it easier and less messy and you don't waste any product.

Natural Lip Balm- Ideal for chapped lips. Free from synthetic parabens, propylene glycol, lauryl sulphates, synthetic fragrances, synthetic colours, synthetic preservatives and animal derived ingredients

It kept my lips nice and soft, it's 100% natural which is wonderful! I'm sure I'll be using it tons in the winter months to prevent chapped lips.

My Favorite Brushes- Face

 Blush Brush-
I'm not sure the brand received it while I was in school.
I love this brush because it is nice and full and blend's the blush perfectly.
 Stipple Brush-
From E.l.f for $3.
I use this brush to apply my liquid foundation, I'm not one for stippling so I just stipple the foundation on and then blend. Gives a perfect coverage.
Flat Top Kabuki F80-
From Sigma Beauty $16
I use this mainly for bronzer, it works great to contour and blends the bronzer great into the skin.

 Blush Brush-
From E.l.f $3
I find this a very small blush brush! I use it for my highlighter because it has a some what pointed tip. Which works great for the nose bridge.

 Kabuki Face Brush-
From E.l.f $5
I use this to set my foundation with loose powder. Or on days when my foundation is looking to light I'll use it with some bronzer.

Review: E.l.f Studio Matte Lip Color

Natural, Coral

This convenient jumbo sized lip pencil creates exact color application with twist up ease so you never have to sharpen. The pigment rich color glides on effortlessly and easily to provide long lasting matte color. The enriched Vitamin A, C & E formula moisturizes and hydrates lips for beautiful healthy looking lips.
The lip color come in 4 different colors:
L-R -Natural, Tea Rose, Praline, Coral
Each Lip Color is $3.00 USD

This is the first time I have ever used a lip color in a pencil form, and I didn't now what to expect. But I love them! You can line your lips and fill them in, the color lasts a long time, very matte but you can always add a little bit of clear gloss.
The only thing I didn't like is the color on the actual container, it doesn't match the color of the lip color. The coral looks pink on the container but once applied it is a actual coral. But that is the only down fall.

I really recommend these lip colors!

Review: False Eyelashes

I was sent these false lashes from kkcenterhk

The false lashes that I chose were the Soft Criss Cross Black Lashes A003. You receive 10 pairs in the box.

I really like these lashes, they aren't to thick that you can't bend them, you may have to trim them to fit your eyes, but if you don't they don't feel so nice. They look very natural when you have them on, and make your lashes look thicker. They are nice and soft.

They have so many pairs to choose from!

Clairol Natural Instincts Vibrant 10 Min Hair dye

I was a little nervous to dye my hair since becoming pregnant with all the wacky hormones I wasn't sure what color my hair would turn. But it looks amazing! I finally found a hair color that I love!
I bought Clairol Natural Instincts 10 Min Hair Dye in Number 9 (light blonde) from Walmart I'm not sure if it was on sale or not but it was $5.76. I always go cheap since I have to buy two boxes to dye my hair.
In the kit you receive Vibrant Creme Colorant, Color Activating Creme, Color Conditioning Treatment and a 2 week Color Fresh and two pair's of gloves.

I like the fact that it comes with a 2 week color fresh, Like the name suggests, Week 2 Color Refresher is designed to refresh your colour two weeks after you initially coloured, before the usual fade can get you down. Use gloves to apply it in the shower post-shampoo, let it sit for five minutes, then rinse.
This isn’t just another dose of the same hair dye, though. Instead, it’s a semi-permanent toner that replenishes the tones that fade first from your chosen shade.
How great is that! Know you don't have to spend a fortune on hair dye as often!

Here are all the color's that the brand carries.

So here is my hair before and after ( my roots were the worst)

My hair is so soft and looks more healthier.
The formula is a 10 min hair dye which I love I hate waiting over 20 mins for hair dye. It also is a thicker dye so it doesn't drip as much. They suggest you do your roots or grey hair first, giving it time to match the rest of your hair once the color is on, I can't even tell that I had dark roots like I usually do with another brand.

I just love when you dye your hair and goodbye roots hello beautiful!

Just a note make sure you buy the box with silver, the other box is a semi-permanent color.
