Review- John Frieda color Renew Tone Corrector

I recently dyed my hair what was suppose to be blonde, and I mean blonde. But good ol pregnancy hormones changed it to a strawberry blonde/red. I was so horrified! So I really can't do a good review of the hair dye that I used.

With that being said, I decided to purchase some John Frieda color Renew Corrector shampoo.I found it at Walmart for $9.99. If you have ever dyed your hair blonde, you will usually notice a brassy undertone.
To remove your brass you have to use a purple shampoo. This shampoo says to use 3X a week and follow with the Conditioner. I never purchased the conditioner because I heard if you use too much purple, your hair will start looking purple.
After I've been using it, I have noticed a difference and my hair is slowly looking more golden blonde and not so red/brassy.
I must say this is a life saver and I should have invested in it all this time, with blonde hair!
